Find us at Terra Madre Asia & Pacific 2025 in Bacolod

The world is coming to Negros, and Get Spotted is here to welcome it. 🌿

From November 19 to 23, 2025, you'll find us at Terra Madre Asia & Pacific at the Provincial Capitol Lagoon in Bacolod City: five days of food, farming, culture and craft, right in our hometown.

About Terra Madre Asia & Pacific

Terra Madre is the international festival of Slow Food, the global movement founded in 1986 for food that is "good for them, good for the people who grow it and good for the planet". Its flagship gathering, Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, is held in Turin, Italy. This year, for the very first time, Terra Madre has a regional edition for Asia and the Pacific, and Bacolod is its host.

Under the theme "From Soil to Sea: A Slow Food Journey Through Tastes and Traditions", the festival brings together more than 2,000 delegates from over 20 countries: farmers, fishers, indigenous leaders, chefs, cooks, academics and young advocates. Expect exhibitions, tastings, kitchen workshops, public talks on climate and food, and markets full of local produce and heritage ingredients.

It's a proud moment for home: Terra Madre marks Bacolod's designation as a Center for Sustainable Gastronomy and Negros Occidental's as the Organic Capital of the Philippines. The festival is organized by Slow Food with the City Government of Bacolod, the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental and the Department of Tourism.
